Turn conflict into peace - Phil 4:8-9

Many wars have been fought for the sake of peace.

How much conflict do you endure for the sake of having a bit of peace? To have a holiday you have to work hard. To restore peace conflicts need resolving. The world is like a radio that isn’t tuned in correctly, it makes a constant static noise that gets on our nerves. Some people work hard at ignoring the noise, they try and not hear it by shutting down their thoughts or thinking about something else. The real solution is to tune into God’s radio station. He plays tunes that make sense both to your heart and your mind. When you tune into God you will find yourself thinking about brighter rather than darker things. You will find yourself talking to God more than you do worrying. You will find yourself wanting to change so that you are more like God. When the God of peace is with you, the world changes from being a place of conflict to a place of opportunities; a place to sow God’s peace rather than the world’s conflict. It’s easier to face the conflict of the world when you have no conflict with God.
