What you want and what you fear is nearly the same thing. If you want happiness you will fear sadness. It is easy for our wants and fear to take control of our lives, we might try and please our friends so that they accept us and not reject us. This means that our friends have influence and control over our lives. The antidote to our wants and fears is to want and fear God. Then he will be our desire and he will have a good influence in our lives. Going against your feelings isn’t easy so this message seeks to give you practical help to re-organise your life in accordance to God’s will for your life. the Rev
