Eye surgeryNothing fills an operating room with tension like eye surgery. The surgeon looks through a powerful microscope and uses the finest of instruments. The patient is conscious so that they can keep their eye looking straight ahead and still. No one would want to be operated by someone who was visually impaired themselves. So often we can see problems in other people but are blind to our own. We insult and hurt people by trying to fix problems that might be less serious than our own. Any attempt to help someone should be done with the greatest care and humility, like performing eye surgery. the Rev ![]() Hold very Still
